At Senafix Global, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing time may take 1–2 business days, after which the order will be handed over to a courier service for delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and the courier provider. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct delivery address and contact details are provided when placing an order. Senafix Global will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Senafix Global uses third-party courier services to deliver orders. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the courier provider. Senafix Global will not be held liable for delays, damages, losses, or delivery issues caused by the courier service.
If customers experience issues with delivery, we will assist by providing tracking information and communicating with the courier where possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Senafix Global, we strive to ensure that our customers receive high-quality products and excellent service. Due to the nature of health and wellness products, returns and exchanges are limited.
Products may only be returned or exchanged if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Customers must report any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving the order. Proof of the issue (such as clear photos or videos) may be required in order to process a return or exchange request.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Once the issue has been verified, Senafix Global may offer a replacement product or an exchange, depending on the situation and product availability.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used health products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Senafix Global reserves the right to decline return or exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
